Detailed Description
Document Access uses the standard Access Rights and has a standard Access Type for all volumes and a default volume for ARPA2 Reservoir.

Attributes for Documentat Access.
Document Access does not define rights, but keeps variables, to provide alongside callbacks sharing these rights with the application. These variables are declared as part of the ACL text, in which they occur as single-letter assignments.
ACCESS_DOCUMENT_ACTOR can be used to mark the "=g<scene>+<actor>@<xsdomain>" value, used to determine the optout_actor from access_document().
